West Virginia Mountain Momma Armory (WVMMA) is a firearms and ammunition shop that wanted to establish an online presence to expand its customer base. They approached Modularity Networks to develop a user-friendly e-commerce website for them that adhered to various regulations, while still providing a seamless shopping experience for their customers.
After gathering requirements from the client, we recommended using WooCommerce. WooCommerce is a popular e-commerce plugin for WordPress that allows users to transform their website into a sales powerhouse. We chose this solution since it provides maximum flexibility in terms of design customization, payment gateway integration, tax application, shipping options, and management functionalities.
We created a responsive design tailored specifically towards firearms and ammo enthusiasts, that also aligned with WVMMA’s brand. Our designers designed the site with clear calls-to-action that made it easy for customers to find what they were looking for fast.
We also integrated with third-party shipping providers such as UPS or FedEx which allowed seamless fulfillment of orders while helping keep shipping rates low.
Finally, we provided training sessions for the staff so they could manage inventory updates and order fulfillment from within the dashboard.
